How to unlock the Martial Master achievement in Ys X: Nordics - Definitive Guide

This is much easier than it sounds, as you don't have to actually use the skills on enemies. Go to where you can attack and alternate using your two lowest SP cost skills. Whenever your SP runs low, switch characters and then repeat the process with their two lowest-cost skills. Just keep doing this and you should get to 99 without trouble.
