I did this achievement while working on beating the campaigns and the duelist challenges. I built a decent Rank 10 train deck with a bunch of banned support and draw cards (since you can use them in single player).
The strategy is to get two level 10s out and to make Gustav who then burns for 2000 for one detach. You can usually make around two or sometimes three Gustav in one turn. You then will overlay into Liebe (if you have it) to attack over the opponent for game. It is easier to get more Gustavs out with the recommended cards but if you don't have them all, you should still be able to get one or two out.
My Recommended Decklist: (Change around as needed) (Needed = BOLD, Highly Recommended = Italic):
Main Monsters:
3x Night Express Knight
3x Heavy Freight Train Derricane
3x Ruffian Railcar (If you have it, replace with 3x Pegasus + 1 Ruffian)
3x Flying Pegasus Railroad Stampede (better than Ruffian, harder to get)
3x Super Express Bullet Train (really extends your plays)
1x Exodius the Ultimate Forbidden Lord (You can use more but they interfere with Express Bullet Train)
Main Spells:
3x Revolving Switchyard
1x Terraforming
1x Twin Twister/Harpie's Feather Duster
3x Urgent Schedule
1x Monster Reborn
Extra Deck:
3x Superdreadnought Rail Cannon Gustav Max
1x Superdreadnought Rail Cannon Juggernaut Liebe (Recommend 3, if possible)
3x Number 81: Superdreadnought Rail Cannon Super Dora
The rest of the cards should be filled with common staples and as many draw cards as you can. You can build a better deck with Infinitrack and more machine support once you get the cards. I was able to rush this deck by beating the OG campaign and then a bit of Zexal and VRAINS. A picture of my decklist will be in the comments.

Cathy Katherine: (Zexal, 1st Shop) (Gustav, Dora, Switchyard, Ruffian, Derricane, Night Express Knight)
Soulburner: (VRAINS, 3rd Shop) (Liebe, Urgent Schedule, Flying Pegasus, Super Express Bullet Train)

This is the deck I used for early game. Much of the drawing support is all from the OG packs. I recommend removing the traps once you get better cards. If you have access to GX packs, you can also add Malefic Cyber End Dragon for more easy level 10s. https://i.imgur.com/t4VMVkI.png
