Since this game is so light on restrictions for achievements, you can use hints throughout your playthrough to see what to do next, and there seems to be no recharge time on hints, so you can use them as frequently as you want. Similarly, there are only achievements tied to completing a minigame quickly and without skipping one. Do this on a single minigame, such as the ones mentioned in Christmas Spell (50G), and you can feel free to skip all other minigames (especially those atrociously long match-three ones).
