To reach this ending you must go through the Magenta Door initially, then choose Betray at the first AB vote, this'll force you to go through the Red Door second and finally choose to Betray one more time.

Dio's ending is obtained by choosing the following route: Magenta / Betray / Red / Betray. There are no story locks to worry about.
Note that the Dio ending has a password that you will need for Phi's ending.
