Immediately after the Fifth lock you have to complete the next puzzle in which you have 6 chances to guess the password or else get a game over. Alice's ending is obtained by choosing the following route: Cyan / Ally / pass story lock 4 (see If I Told You You Had A Nice Antibody... / Betray / pass story lock 5 (see He Was Convicted of a String of Numbers).
Note that Alice's ending has a cypher you need to solve in order to see it in its entirety. The game will give you the cypher key; you just need to solve it. There is also a password needed for Phi's ending.
