To get the Tenmyoji ending you must first unlock the Second lock as seen here
The Secret Achievement achievement in Zero Escape: The Nonary Games worth 15 pointsContinue playing to unlock this secret achievement
Then after going though the second lock you'll follow the path through a third Escape room until the third AB Game. At the third AB game you must choose Ally and the Tenmyoji ending will unlock at the end of the scenes.

Tenmyouji's ending is obtained by choosing the following route: Yellow / Ally / Blue / Ally and passing story lock 2 (see I Can't Believe It's Not Murder!).
Note that Tenmyouji's ending has a password that you will need for Phi's ending.
