How to unlock the Seek a Way Out Again achievement in Zero Escape: The Nonary Games - Definitive Guide
Multiple playthroughs are required as you need to resolve all escape rooms behind the locked doors in the game, including the ones leading to the true ending.
Your first choice is between doors 4 and 5.
Your second choice is between doors 3, 7, and 8.
Your third choice is between doors 1, 2, and 6.
If you choose door 3, you will automatically proceed to door 2. You won't have an option to take door 1 or 2.
You do NOT need to unlock all novel segments, though. I still had one question mark left on the flow chart in-game when the achievement unlocked.
Refer to this guide on how to get the true ending:
If this is not your first play-through, you can speed up previously seen cutscenes by pressing cn_X until it says ‘skip’ in the bottom right corner. If you have not seen that particular cutscene before, pressing cn_X will only cycle between ‘stop’ and ‘auto’. The 'skip' mode will stop when player input is required (for dialogue options or choosing doors).

Memories of Escape is a category on the main menu screen of 999. It allows you to replay escape rooms whenever you want. It was also more useful in the DS version of 999 as that didn't have a flowchart.
You don't have to access this option from the main menu to unlock the trophy, nor do you have to fully complete the game. You just need to have solved all 15 escape rooms (14 rooms + final puzzle) in the game. This will come naturally while going for all the ending trophies.
