Shroud is the special ability of Kira, unlocked for beating the 1st chapter of the campaign.
Kira vanishes for 5 seconds, making her untargetable by enemies. She can still move and attack however, making this one of the easier ability achievements. I waited for a room with carrots, let them swarm me, popped my ability and killed them. I'd suggest a fast firing weapon, or one with decent spread, but otherwise getting 5 enemies isn't too difficult.
