While self explanatory, I can still offer useful information;

You need to finish a mission USING only your want.
You can pick up any weapons you find, swap out your amulet, or even your wand if you find one, so long as you don't use anything else.

This is useful as not only can you work on mastery level by having other items around, if attempting this later in the game, the passive bonuses on other weapons can come in handy. Though full disclosure, I'd do this on the earliest, shortest duration quest you can so the difficulty stays doable.
