Flask us the special ability of Margaret, the hero unlocked for beating the 6th chapter of the campaign.
She throws an explosive vile in front of her that explodes either on contact with an enemy or the floor/wall, and its element is randomly chosen between fire, ice, or poison. It has a decent explosive radius, slightly more than the flask weapons you unlock in the alchemy line of weapons.
You don't need to defeat the enemies, just hit them, so getting a cluster of enemies and you are golden. I got this fighting Maui, A guardian in the later chapters, whose second phase of his fight has him summoning 20+ carrots. Simply toss the flask in the middle of the group and pop goes the achievement.
