This is the only character-specific achievement that requires the Special Effect to be unlocked first.
Kraz is the last character you'll unlock. Kraz's active skill Trace will slow time and increase the effectiveness of your wand. For this achievement, you'll need to level Kraz to mastery level 6 to unlock the ability to increase Trance's duration by killing enemies.
Once you're mastery level 6, just find a room with carrots or other weak enemies and mow them down to keep Trance active for the 15 seconds.
