Push is the special ability of Carina, a character unlocked from the start of the game. Her push is a damaging wave with excellent range.
The only difficulty to this is getting 20 enemies together, which is hard to do in the earliest chapters of the game. I lucked out by getting this in a challenge room where enemies spawned in pairs, and had a horde of carrots rush at me.
Another way would either be to enter a gauntlet mission and let things spawn, or attempt to face Maui, a guardian whose second phase has him summon 20+ carrots.
The enemies don't need to be defeated, only affected by this ability, and the achievement is yours.
