This achievement is tied to Eris, the hero unlocked by completing the 4th chapter of the campaign.
Her special ability summons 3 skeletons with a 30 second cooldown. The skeletons are ranged attackers, and should any be alive when the ability resets, will remain active as you summon 3 more. I managed to get around 9-10 at a time, though most fights ended before I could see if I could field more.
All you need to do is summon skeletons and refrain from using your wand/weapons, let the skeletons do the fighting, and you earn this achievement.
This is easily done in rooms that only summon weak enemies such as goblins, carrots or zombies. I didn't attempt this during gauntlet so I'm unsure if you'd need to beat 1 wave or all 15 of a set, and for more obvious reasons I didn't try this fighting a guardian.
