There is one Secret Room on each floor.
Secret Rooms can appear in ANY room except Red Trap Rooms.
They will always appear where a door would be and will have cracks running up the wall.
You have to shoot the cracks and unlike a normal wall chips will fly off, keep shooting til it breaks and you can enter for a free Perk and a stained glass window easter egg.

Secret rooms are behind cracked walls. There is exactly one secret room per level, no more, no less. You can break the walls by shooting them. Note that the entrance to secret rooms will always be in a spot where an ordinary door could be.
