If you want to grind out this achievement and the other 2 for amulets and magic weapons you can just start as whichever character you have unlocked with the lowest health I recommend the Sorcerer as he starts with 50 health and quickly die. You don't always unlock something but I just earned all 3 achievements from dying run after run.
