If you want to grind out this achievement and the other 2 for amulets and perks you can just start as whichever character you have unlocked with the lowest health I recommend the Sorcerer as he starts with 50 health and quickly die. You don't always unlock something but I just earned all 3 achievements from dying run after run.

While the solution works you should definitely not do this early as you only end up polluting the loot pool. The default weapons are the best (or tied best) in the game. I realized this only afterwards and spent a lot of time resetting runs trying to sift through the garbage.
