On Mission 2 and 5, destroy the S-Container on each map ( Destroy them on every map, they usually contain goodies).
You'll want to do this on your second play through. You can attempt it on your first but you will fail. This mission is timed, it will automatically end on after the last person on the 12th turn. My strategy was to move right from your initial position (crossing the "road") and destroy the satellite/turret/enemies there. From here move up to the next satellite and take it out. Now allow your forces to regroup and heal up and destroy the reinforcements (if they have arrived). Position a sniper to take out the container and when you are ready spawn the boss. Get your sniper back into place and unload on the boss when he gets into range, don't forget to use EMP. Try to stay back so he doesn't get support from the missile turret. Once he is dead make a mad dash for the last satellite, there should only be a few turns remaining. I got it just before the timer was up.

On your second playthrough, during Mission 2 and 5, destroy the S-Container on each map. These containers are the crates with the yellow HP bar and are labeled different from normal containters.
Enemy, Mission 5R-Horn (Level 20)
This mission is timed. You need to get to the top left corner (killing the two satellites on the way) and destroy the S-Container quickly to spawn the boss. Then proceed to gang up and kill him, then move south to destroy the final satellite before time runs out. You're powerful enough that this shouldn't be an issue, but make sure you keep your health up for the final push.
