BOB is your best friend

After activating the generator in the bathroom of the safehouse you will be instructed to
. Don't worry you won't have to fight any zombies. He will be in the corner room, next to him will be a cricket.

Once you get the backpack the achievement will pop, this is unmissaable.

Story related, cannot be missed.

You will pick up your first backpack early in the game shortly after you acquire the 
Cricket Bat and kill your first zombie.
