Don't go out of your way to obtain this achievement because you will easily get this your first playthrough, those moments when you use a turret will stack towards this achievement. You should obtain this before entering the Tower of London.

You can easily get this achievement without finishing the game,once you unlock the fast travel feature head to brick lane and switch back to the safe zone,there will be always 4 to 6 zombies respawning each time you do fast travel,it's a bit of a farming but it's too safe and you will avoid the frustration of a sudden death later in the game

You will need to kill 200 zombies with the same survivor as this trophy does not stack across multiple survivors. You will more than likely unlock this trophy on your Chicken mode playthrough, but if you are "speed running" through the game then you might not kill 200 zombies. There is a good spot at the end of the game where you can farm kills: The safehouse will have an infinite stream of zombies that keep coming through the debris at the top of the safehouse. You can use the turret to shoot them (this has ammo, so be conservative). When you run out of that ammo, just melee them one by one and keep falling back so you don't get overrun. To check how many zombies you have killed, open you bag with the  and tab over to the personal ID. It will tell you how many zombies you have killed with that specific survivor.
