I made this solution just to add that if you die in the tutorial(before reaching the safe house) you spawn in the safe house and get the achievements smile

Safehouse

This will be like in the first 5 minutes of the game, it is completely unmissable and easy.

Also to mention because I got confused, the generator is in the bathroom dont attempt to get to the green marker because that's not where you are supposed to go.

Story related, cannot be missed.

Once you take control of your character for the first time in the London Underground you will be tasked with escaping the "infected". Once you are eventually taken down by them you will awake within the Safehouse and the trophy will unlock.
