Easiest way to grind this out after finishing the base game horde achievements is to play wave 1 of "Into The Darkness" on easy with 1 player zombies.
Start it, run up to the wall and kill the zombies climbing over, then pause and hit retry when you're done with wave 1. It takes about a minute.

Is there a way to track this? I was getting progress markers when i was doing the 12 waves on each map but with this method i'm not getting anything

This is the only option I used after the all the Wave 12 achvs were completed.
Main ZA4 title screen
Records Press A
Leaderboards Press Y
RBx2 to Horde Tab
Press X Friends Only
Note: On the Horde Tab, when I initially tried to Press Y for My Position, the game would show text at the bottom with red flashing bar stating "You have no score listed on this Leaderboard." On the next and every try after, I did the Friends Only option and I was listed with the data I needed.
Also, my in game stats on the Leaderboard would only show current stats after I let the zombies kill me on Wave 1, not by continuing using the Retry option.

Complete a total of 144 waves in Horde mode. After getting the other horde mode trophies you'll have approximately 56 waves done so just keep at it. You can make it especially easy on yourself and do the first 5 waves of a horde mode map and then reload. After wave 5 the enemies get a bit more difficult.
