You do not need to own any DLC to get this.
Simply host a Horde match and make sure the map is Hell's Cauldron. The other settings don't matter other than Start at Wave 1. To make it easier though, put it on Easy and 1 player zombies.

For anyone that has this achievement glitched like I did (much like the nightmare achievement people were having trouble with), SneakAndy 2009 gave me the great idea of trying it on PC (Microsoft Store). Instead of having to erase your profile to fix the achievement like the nightmare achievement, you can simply log in on your profile on PC and even though you will not have any unlocks and will be level 1 if you haven’t played before on PC, you can get this achievement quickly with other players without having to progress in the story.
