You do NOT need to own the DLC to obtain this achievement.
Simply host a Horde match and make sure the map Final Departure is selected. Make sure Wave 1 is selected, the other settings don't matter but having it set to Easy, 1 player and Public match will make it much easier.

Unfortunately I have to do this map again thanks to the lazy programmers, got wave 12 with 1 enemy left that glitched out.
