How to unlock the Well equipped achievement in Zombie Army 4: Dead War - Definitive Guide

For this achievement you will have get 5 gold perks and complete any chapter.
If you do not unlock the achievement after you have equipped the 5 gold level perks and completed any level, try the following steps:
New campaign - Mission 1 (dead ahead) - Chapter 3 (off the rails) - Difficulty (easy) - Enemy setup (default).

Perks! There are TONS of perks in Zombie Army 4. You can have up to five perks, but you need to level up first to unlock more slots. Slots are available at level 1, 5, 15, 25, and 35. You need to first unlock and upgrade 5 different perks to gold level and then equip 5 at once, finish a chapter and then this will unlock. The perks in the game are as follows:

Offensive Perks:

1. Bombardier

  • Bronze: Increase Offensive Grenade damage.
  • Silver: Increase Offensive Grenade throw range
  • Gold: Increase Offensive Grenade damage radius


2. Trapper

  • Bronze: Increase trap damage
  • Silver: Tap to quick place traps
  • Gold: Increase trap damage range


3. Support Belt

  • Bronze: Increase Support Grenade duration
  • Silver: Throw Support Grenade further
  • Gold: Increase Support Grenade effect range


4. Weapon Focus Frequency

  • Bronze: 1 less kill required for Weapon Focus
  • Silver: 2 less kills required for Weapon Focus
  • Gold: 3 less kills required for Weapon Focus


5. Takedown Frequency

  • Bronze: 1 less kill required for Zombie Takedown
  • Silver: 2 less kills required for Zombie Takedown
  • Gold: 3 less kills required for Zombie Takedown


6. Overkill Frequency

  • Bronze: 1 less kill required for Overkill
  • Silver: 2 less kills required for Overkill
  • Gold: 3 less kills required for Overkill


7. Brain Buster Frequency

  • Bronze: 1 less kill required for Brain Buster
  • Silver: 2 less kills required for Brain Buster
  • Gold: 3 less kills required for Brain Buster


8. Vampirism

  • Bronze: some health gained on headshots
  • Silver: More health gained on headshots
  • Gold: Even greater amount of health gained on headshots


9. Brain Buster Expert

  • Bronze: Increases the total number of targets to 4
  • Silver: Increases the total number of targets to 5
  • Gold: Increases the total number of targets to 6


10. Sniper Focus

  • Bronze: Reduced Empty Lungs stamina cost
  • Silver: Increased Empty Lung zoom
  • Gold: Increased Overkill damage


11. Weapon Focus Expert

  • Bronze: Decrease Weapon Focus stamina cost
  • Silver: Decrease Weapon Focus recoil and spread
  • Gold: Increase Weapon Focus damage


12. Heavy

  • Bronze: Pick up mounted Heavy Weapons
  • Silver: Increase Heavy Weapon ammo capacity
  • Gold: Further increase Heavy Weapon ammo capacity


Defensive Perks:

1. Second Chance

  • Bronze: When downed, kill an enemy to revive
  • Silver: An additional health boost on Second Chance revive
  • Gold: Revive twice per Chapter


2. Enhanced Stamina

  • Bronze: Reduced stamina cost
  • Silver: Increase stamina recovery speed
  • Gold: Increase max stamina


3. Hardened

  • Bronze: Reduce incoming melee damage
  • Silver: Further reduce incoming melee damage
  • Gold: Greatly reduce incoming melee damage


4. Combat Medic

  • Bronze: Divine ammo can heal teammates
  • Silver: Revive teammates faster
  • Gold: Faster Medkit healing


5. Bulletproof

  • Bronze: Reduce incoming bullet damage
  • Silver: Further reduce incoming bullet damage
  • Gold: Greatly reduce incoming bullet damage


6. Rejuvenation

  • Bronze: Increase the max health that you can regenerate
  • Silver: Further increase the max health that you can regenerate
  • Gold: Greatly increase the max health that you can regenerate


7. Insulated

  • Bronze: Resistance to incoming electric, fire and stun damage
  • Silver: Additional resistance to incoming electric, fire and stun damage
  • Gold: Further resistance to incoming electric, fire and stun damage


8. Tightly Knit

  • Bronze: Reduce incoming damage when near teammates in a 3m radius
  • Silver: Further reduce incoming damage when near teammates in a 5m radius
  • Gold: Additional reduction to incoming damage when near teammates in a 7m radius


9. Stamina Defence

  • Bronze: A chance that damage receive will be taken from stamina
  • Silver: Increased chance that damage receive will be taken from stamina
  • Gold: Greatly increased chance that damage received will be taken from stamina


10. Enhanced Vigour

  • Bronze: Reduce health regeneration delay
  • Silver: Further reduce health regeneration delay
  • Gold: Increase max health


11. Iron Clad

  • Bronze: Reduce incoming explosive damage
  • Silver: Further reduce incoming explosive damage
  • Gold: Greatly reduce incoming explosive damage


12. Survivor

  • Bronze: Increase bleed out time
  • Silver: Can use brain buster instantly when incapacitated
  • Gold: Revive with full health

  • Bronze: Replenish some health every 50 Combo
  • Silver: Replenish some stamina every 50 Combo
  • Gold: Clear Special Melee attack cooldown every 50 Combo


2. Pistol Ammo Pouch

  • Bronze: Increase pistol ammo max capacity
  • Silver: Further Increase pistol ammo max capacity
  • Gold: Even further increase to pistol ammo max capacity


3. Machine Gun Ammo Pouch

  • Bronze: Increase machine gun ammo max capacity
