Load Chapter "Crucible of Evil" from Episode 2, at the very Ending you reach the Führerbunker, go downstairs and you will hear a phone, use it and the Achievement is yours.

I think the reason why someone downvoted it is because sometimes the game will not unlock achievements for some random reason. I did exactly this, and it never popped for me.

If the achievement does not pop right after you answer the phone just exit the game and either clear your mac address or pull the plug on your xbox for 10 seconds or so. This happened to me and even after reloading the checkpoint 3 times i still didnt get it. Soon as i cleared my MAC address and answered the phone again the achievement popped.. (A hard reboot should have the same effect)

I had the same problem unlicl8ng achievments and all I did was quit out so the game would reboot frim the dashboard instead of just continuing from the dash and popped all achievments I earned while playing that didn't unlock, still had to start a mission and get a kill or two pertaining to whatever achievment it was but they unlocked

This worked. Good thing there was a video because that phone is hard to hear over everything else.

Alternative achievement location

You can also get this achievement on Episode 3 "The Keep" progress into the mission until you meet with the NPC strapped to a chair with a massive ball of energy/electricity behind him, he will offer you help and send you to get some explosives, leave this room and go through a door, you'll be in a walkway area with multiple rooms and 2 bridges, from the starting point turn right over the first bridge and go into the room near enough in-front of you, it will be a communications room with radio's around, wait around this room for a few seconds and a phone will ring, go and answer it with the button prompt and get your achievement.

This is most easily done on Episode 3, Chapter 4: 'The Keep', after meeting the guy strapped to a chair linked large sphere of energy. After continuing to the next room to find explosives you should go right over a bridge, first room in-front of you is a communications room. Sit around a few seconds and a phone will ring. Answer it and get your achievement.

You can also get this in the Fuhrerbunker in Episode 2, Chapter 3: 'Crucible of Evil', in the basement levels; listen for the ringing and follow it once downstairs.
