How to unlock the Every bullet counts achievement in Zombie Army Trilogy - Definitive Guide
After the alarms go off, run around in the field and train the skeletons. Once you have as many as you can get, lead them to either trench and allow them to mass up.
Once you are ready, fire your gun. I prefer the Mosin Nagant for this because of its high velocity. I did it several times to show that it can be done multiple times relatively easily.
If needed, reload checkpoint, which will you start you off nearby.
There is a flame demon that spawns flaming zombies in a small area, if you ignore the flame demon a bit and let him spawn a few while running circles, it should be easy to get 5 kills in a shot as hitting them anywhere is a one hit kill.
This one is a bit luck based. You need five kills with one bullet from the sniper. The easiest way to try and get it is either wait for a segment with a large horde during the campaign or start up a fresh game on Episode 1, Chapter 3: 'Labyrinth of Death', with '4-player' enemy spawns. Get a large group of zombies in a train and try snap up that 5-for-1!
A 5-for-1 kill is obtained when you kill 5 zombies with a single shot of your firearm. This is best done by using your sniper rifle and lining up 5 zombies in a row then going for a headshot. This trophy can be obtained at numerous locations in the game, but it may take a few attempts as a small element of luck is involved. We suggest playing on Cadet when trying this trophy and to set the Enemy Spawn to 'For 4 Players' as the more zombies you line up and shoot at, the greater chance you will have at killing 5 with a single bullet. A good location is during the beginning of the 'Labyrinth of Death' level from Episode 1. Refer to the following video by 360GameTV for a walkthrough:
Another way is to get your combo over 200 then a single headshot will net over 6,000 points, a good location for this is the Time Keep.

I did it without any problems the first time.
The easiest way is a skeleton, they are not frail and weak. Here is a visual video of mission 2.
