For me it's not popping. I see the final cut scene and achievement is not appearing. Does anyone have similar problem?

Got it. It appeared with achievement for a next level completion

Story related and cannot be missed.

Once you complete Episode Two: Gateway to Hell on any difficulty setting you will unlock this trophy.
