You may want to add, for anyone having issues with this, that it seems to only count when its the VERY LARGE armored zombies. If you can manage a shot to the side of the head, it is much more likely to count as a headshot. I typically aim for the corner by where the jaw would connect to the skull as most of them turn their heads one way as they walk and found that headshots happen quite frequently doing that. Laying down also helps

I found the best place to get this was in the main game, playing level 4 in chapter 3, called "The Keep".

Near the start, you will go up the hill, and to the right, and come across a keep (on the left), with loads of zombies in it (they can't get to you as the gate is shut). In there are a zombie mix, but also the armoured ones. Shooting can be tricky, as you need to crouch/back up until you can snipe through a hole, but from here you can take your time, and try and aim just under his faceplate.

That said, I maybe "lucked it" here, as what happened is one of them turned his back on me, and I shot him in the head. He died and whilst his faceplate flew off in death, it still counted.

If you find this bit too tricky, keep going a short bit, and after the summoners are killed in the windows, mop up all stragglers, and approach the dead end (where the explosives are). 3-4 armoured guys will come out of crates, but they are slow, and the section behind you is nice and straight, so you can back up, and take your time. Good luck!

Shank, that is incorrect. I have a good wired connection and have no issues with any other game, and this one is noteworthy for bugging.

The Heavy Armor Zombies are the tall slow zombies wearing full body armour. For this trophy you must obtain a headshot without removing their helmet. Their helmets are removed by repeat shots to the head. In order to obtain a headshot without removing their helmet you must shoot through the gap where their eyes are located. The best way to do this is to play on Cadet difficulty and empty your lung when shooting them. You will come across these enemies both in the campaign as well as in Horde mode.

This one can be a bit tricky. Some of these guys have full frontal face masks, some have eye slots, and some have exposed backs of heads. In co-op horde mode on 'Dead End', you get attacked by waves of waves of these guys. In the machinery area of Episode 3, Chapter 5: 'Army of Darkness' there are tons of them. A few locations and methods are shown in this video.

The trophy can be obtained in horde mode, on the “No Sanctuary” map, play until the 3rd wave, until armored zombies appear, not those that look like tyrants from Resident Evil only with a machine gun, but there are two more types of armored zombies, the second one type, the body is 50% covered with armor, the helmet has a cut for the eyes and the chin is open, shoot him in these places, and in the third type, the body is covered with 99% armor, and the helmet covers only the face, his temples and the back of his head are open, shoot him in head from the side.

in the chapter "Stronghold", after you rise to the walls of the castle (almost the very beginning of the chapter), a scene will occur where a grate is lowered on a zombie. Armored and heavily armored zombies (they are much larger than ordinary ones) will be wandering behind these bars - our goal. We target an unprotected place (slit for the eyes, base of the neck) and kill. In general, in Chapter 14 and especially in Chapter 15, there were plenty of heavily armored zombies, so the trophy was almost a plot point.
