I’d played quite extensively before the title update, and clearly I’d already killed over a 1000 zombies as every achievement in the title update popped simultaneously after I reinstalled the game and started it up(200-400-600-800-1000 kills). Which was a pleasant surprise.
We’ll worth looking into for anyone whose previously completed the game,I’d say.

You'll need a total of 1000 zombie kills throughout your time with the game. This means if you played the game previously some of these achievements should pop when you start the game. For the rest, I recommend replaying Level 4 over and over to rack up 120 zombie kills per run. Remember that your achievements won't pop until you complete a level by dying or finishing it and return to the map.
