Found on level 3 about 1/3 of the way through. They are explosive barrels within boxes. After finding them, finish the level or blow your self up. The achievement will pop on the car selection menu

On this level you can also find The Lighter (yellow enemy with torch) and Jack Flash (Football player with torch). You get only one achievement per run, you have to replay the level 3 times.
