I previously completed the game so all the achievements in title update unlocked instantly when starting the game again. Easiest 1000gs ever! We’ll worth reinstalling the game if you’ve previously completed it.

I unlocked this on level 5. You'll see a pop-up/side mission asking you to ram through a set of cars. It may take you a few tries before that specific pop-up/side mission shows up.

TBH I think it's all just RNG because I got it on level 2.
