How to unlock the Butcher IV achievement in Zombie Derby: Pixel Survival - Definitive Guide

Title update #1 adds another 5 achievements and 1000 Gamerscore for both PC and Xbox. It should only take 10 minutes to get the full completion if you've played the game previously. I found replaying Level 4 for 120 Zombies kills the easiest method. Anything you killed previously also counts towards the milestones!
