I did this in the first side mission, as there's loads of zombies and health, but there's plenty of other times to get this.
Find yourself some molotov, then get a group of at least 6 zombies, get them close together and lob one using
hitting them and yourself, they hurt so only do with full health.
Just make sure that there's some twinkies nearby to fill your health back up.
