The trophy will appear by itself as long as you collect all the Pass Codes and Subweapons, but let me explain - in some locations you will meet Porters (these things had to be shot when you received the Sniper subweapon in the story. They are marked with purple dots on the map. Each every time you enter a new location, check for their presence on the map and destroy them. I received the trophy even before the Tyrant boss.
