Very simple. After receiving the Sniper subwepon, fly to the City.1 location, there you will need to use the Sniper to hit the small white circles on the rotating cylinder in the center of the tower. And you need to shoot them all BEFORE you kill at least one enemy in this location. If you were noticed, you couldn’t hide, you had to kill your enemies - no big deal. Return to the main map, fly into City.1 again and try again. If you run out of cartridges before you manage to shoot all the “targets,” they are taken in the same location, in the same place where you took the weapon itself (location Town.2).
