Pick the first original campaign scenario, choose any attraction, go to customize and mash cn_A until the achievement pops (it does not have to be 50 different attractions).

Well, I don't know what to say, it worked for me (and others apparently) for both the original and UAC versions :/

Can confirm it can be the same attraction 50 times, however if it isn't unlocking then just click on a different attraction and customise that and the tracker should update.

I got it by just switching between 2 tree types over and over

Can confirm you dont need to switch between two different trees, even if its already ticked just pick the same tree over and over.

In sandbox mode (because you have unlimited money) make tons of attractions. Just hit randomize and do that for the other 49.
