This Achievement simply requires you to MANUALLY restock a feeder 100 times. For large Exhibits, select the Exhibit, then "Exhibit Items", then "Animal Care". Switch through your already placed Feeding Stations and select "Refill". This can only be done if the Feeding Station is less than 100% full. You can also do the same for Mini-Exhibits, only requiring you to select "Exhibit Items". If you have Zoo Keepers, they will refill them for you so it is up to you if you want to either get this one naturally during the game or farm it by having a zoo without any Zoo Keepers. Or you can wait for one of the last mission's in de "Original Campaign" you need to start remove alot of poop.. I've got them both in this "Mission" (Boosted).. if you go for the "poop achievement" this mission is is the fastest to get that one i had it for like 78% unlocked.. took me like 7- "Mission Restarts".. but this mission has also right away alot of "Mini Exhibits" with the right animals.. because you need to full them alot, in this mission..But i suggest first boosting the poop one.. after that you can fullly focus on you're "Mini Exhibits" and dont wait till its 0%.."Rookie Error".. just Restock them right away even its 97% or what ever.. it does count.. 
And like the Solution writer also says.. you DON'T wanna hire "ZooKeepers"!!! especially not in missions were you dont have to build "Buildings" like ZooKeepers etc.. but this one will come naturel (If you play just the Campaigns.. Just keep playing the campaign.. or how i did 78-80% in "Challenge mode".. (Where i've got most of my Achievements, btw) But the 4rth or 3rd last mission in the "Original Campaign", you will get a great "Boosting Mission/opportunity.. ^ just keep restarting, (when you're removed all the poop.. then go for this one Restocking 1000 times..) just keep restarting till you got them both (Achievement's..)
