Zoo Tycoon

As the achievement states, this is for unlocking your first of 20 possible awards in which you can earn for your Zoo. Please not that you can only unlock this achievement in Challenge mode.

The awards aren't really that hard and you actually unlock the majority of them through playing the game normally. Below are all 20 awards and their descriptions:

- Safari Excellence - Adopt five different types of African animals
- Animal Delight - Have an average animal happiness in the Green for 30 minutes
- Tropical Excellence - Adopt five different types of Asian animals
- Awards Award - Get all the other 19 awards
- Chilled Experience- Adopt five different types of animals that prefer a cold -climate
- Concessions Excellence - Have 10 different concessions in your zoo at the same time
- Decorations Excellence - Have 10 different decorations in your Zoo at the same time
- Exhibits Excellence - Have one of every type of Exhibit in your Zoo
- Fame Effort - Achieve a Fame Rating of 10
- Fame Achievement - Achieve a Fame Rating of 25
- Fame Excellence - Achieve a Fame Rating of 40
- Guest Delight - Have an average guest happiness in the Green for 30 minutes
- Zoo Rating 1,000 - Have a Guest Rating of 1,000 in your Zoo
- Conservation Excellence - Release 100 animals into the wild
- Breeding Excellence - Get the animals in your Zoo to have 100 babies
- Zoo Rating 10,000 - Have a Guest Rating of 10,000 in your Zoo
- Conservation Effort - Release an animal into the wild
- Conservation Achievement - Release 10 animals into the wild
- Breeding Achievement - Get the animals in your Zoo to have 10 babies
- Breeding Effort - Breed a pair of animals

You can check which awards you have or don't have by heading over the main gate and pressing A. This will open a menu up, if you scroll all the way to the right there is a section for Awards.
