This is really easy and a no brainer. Create your first exhibit which can either be a small or large set. This is most easily done within the Sandbox Mode (Unlimited Money On) in order to get within the first few seconds of gameplay.

This achievement requires that you build your first exhibit and can be done in any game mode. Head to any open area, and enter the Build menu. Select the type and size of the exhibit, and build it to unlock this achievement.
