It has every animal in the game on it, The mini exhibits animals do not breed.

Update: OK so i learned that all animals are located in the picture section so I have updated the spreadsheet with everything I found.
Update: Added English Enders comments thanks for the assist!
1) This is global across all your zoos so does not need to be done all in one zoo.
2) Breeding a colour variant does count as also breeding the standard type of animal i.e. A White Sable Antelope means you can check the breeding off for both White Sable Antelope and also Sable Antelope.
3) It seems that after a while of hitting level 15 with an animal, that it will no longer breed. Recommendation to adopt low level animals for breeding purposes and to swap them out once they hit level 15.
4) Research the breeding tree at the main gate to increase breeding chances.
5) You want a level 3 breeder assigned to each exhibit from a breeding center.

For the color variant breeding, do you need to breed 2 animals of the same color variant, or is it okay if you breed a normal color and the rare color?
It seems rather annoying to keep track of if you have multiple animals in the exhibit of the same species/gender. You could never really be sure it was the normal or rare variant, so I guess you're supposed to put them in a pen alone with a suitable mate of the same species? I guess if you have a rare female, you could throw in as many males as you want to try to decrease the wait time.
Or am I misunderstanding?
