Zoo Tycoon

When you level up you unlock the option to buy new exhibits, animals, enrichments, and decorations. When you unlock the option to buy them most will require research. Simply research 10 and get your achievement. Decorations and enrichment items usually are the shortest around 7-15 seconds.

Go to Challenge Mode and researching the items mentioned below. We need to research 10 items to unlock the achievement and only 9 items are available from the start (Level 1). Once you've researched the first 9 items start building a few decorations or exhibitions in your zoo to increase your level. In order to research an item you have to press and wait until the timer runs out. Then go to the next item.

Decoration - Scenery - Alpine - Alpine Rock Small A
Decoration - Scenery - Alpine - Alpine Tree Small A
Decoration - Scenery - Grasslands - Grasslands Tree Small A
Decoration - Scenery - Grasslands - Grasslands Rock Small A
Decoration - Scenery - Temperate Forest - Temperate Forest Rock Large A
Decoration - Scenery - Tundra - Tundra Rock Large A
Decoration - Statues - Peacock Statue
Concession - Food and Drink - Popcorn Stand

Level 2
Decoration - Scenery - Savannah - Savannah Rock Small B

Research is cumulative over all your started zoos. If you decide to research 5 items in challenge mode, back out, start from scratch and research the same 5 items again, the achievement still unlocks.
