Very simple, select Campaign mode from the Play menu at the home screen. Then pick any mission and complete it. There are ~3 green "easy" campaign scenarios available from the beginning, all of which have very easy challenges to complete in order to win. The first one involves adopting a giraffe, lion and then keeping all the animals in green happiness for 3 minutes. The achievement will unlock at the completion screen.
