Zoo Tycoon

In order to unlock "The Concessioner" achievement, you are required to build one of each concession type into the same zoo.

Please note that this achievement can only be unlocked through playing on either the Campaign or Challenge Modes. It will not unlock if you are playing on Freeform Mode.

Apparently this is no longer the case as two gamers, Jobbenar and Jonker3262 have now said they have unlocked the achievement through playing on Freeform Mode.

EDIT: I have also been advised that each of the built concessions must be present in the zoo at the same time to unlock the achievement; it will not count if you simply build a concession and sell it immediately afterwards.

It is up to you whether you wish to research and build each concession as they become available (just remember to balance these out with exhibits/decorations/facilities to keep guests happy) or to wait until all have been unlocked to build them all at the same time. As soon as the achievement has been unlocked you can sell the concessions you don't require to free up more room in your zoo.

To view the list of concessions load up a zoo and go into Tycoon View by pressing 'Y', move your cursor over an unoccupied piece of land until you see 'Build Zoo' appear next to the A button at the bottom right of the screen and press it. You will see 5 options, the second to last on the right being 'Concession'.

Concessions are split into two categories; Entertainment and Food & Drink. If you have not unlocked it, the picture will be greyed out and will show a zoo level requirement which you must reach to unlock. This is easily done by continuing to add exhibits and animals to your zoos and completing challenges. When you have reached the required level you will now have the option to 'Begin Research' on the concession and following this, you are able to build it.

N.B. If you are playing on Campaign Mode you will find that there may be concessions already in the zoo you enter i.e. Burger Barn; you are still required to build one of these yourself in order to complete the achievement.

There are a total of 15 concessions which I have listed below along with their Zoo Fame Level unlock requirements. These are the same on both Campaign and Challenge modes;
