This one is pretty easy, find an xbox live friend and have them invite you to their game.
Accept the invite and the game will start to load. Once you get joining game up on the screen this should pop shortly after - even if your connection errors before you actually get in.

If you are in a party and load a zoo it will automatically invite your party members to your zoo. That didn't count for the invite achievement though.
