I found a lazy way to do this. Just go through the story mode and play all the countries but you will not get all the items using my method but they are not unlocking for some people including me. I put a jacket on an IV pole and hid behind it and used my hand to start the game. After the game started I ducked behind a couch behind me so the camera wouldn't see me go off screen. The jacket stayed pink and the game played all the way through. If you do not have an IV pole (I work at a clinic) I bet a coat rack or maybe even a little fake house tree or plant would work. Also a tall oscillating house fan would probably work great. Be creative and try out some different stuff and let us know what you used in the comments.
EDIT: You can just set a vacuum cleaner in front of the camera and after the match starts get out of the camera and lean over and shake the vacuum until it shows up and stays pink.
Using this method you could get hundreds of gamerscore in the game without ever playing. Here are other achievements you could get using this method.

This achievement simply requires you to play every song in the game. This can be done either through World Tour mode or via Quick Play. Just be aware that there isn't any way to keep track of which songs you've played, so it's best to go in order, or at least keep track yourself somehow.
Note that your rating on each song doesn't affect this achievement, but be aware you do need to achieve three stars on every song to unlock all bonus content. It's best to shoot for five stars though, not only to unlock the bonus content but also to work on burning calories and for a few other achievements.
