Clipping and Prop Flying Tutorial:
Breakdown of game physics: On your first grab of an item, it doesn't have collision with your player model. This means you can put objects inside the player. As soon as you let go of the hold button, the collision immediately returns. Depending on how close you are to the object's center, you will be pushed away from it's center. Grabbing the object again will keep the collision active and bring it with your player model. The first grab is useful for clipping through objects. The second grab is useful for prop flying.
Breakdown of achievement and speedrun:
Play opening as normal. This can be skipped if this is beyond your first playthrough.
As soon as you wake up in the bunker, grab the bag leaning against the bunk beds. Take the bag out into the first hallway and turn left. This area should be blocked and have a hole in the wall on the right side.
This is a bit tricky on Xbox, but you’re basically going to twist and turn the bag so that it is inside your player model while you hold it. You’ll want to position yourself to the right of the center of bag and the left of the hole in the wall. If you grab, regrab, and jump right at the same time, you should “phase” through the wall and land on the level geometry that makes up the hole in the wall. You basically activate the bag’s collision to push you through the level geometry.
After this, you might have to maneuver the bag through the hole in the wall. Once you are out of bounds on this hole-in-the-wall geometry and have the bag, you will need to turn left and jump to the ceiling of the other part of the map. I would reference the video for this part. Simply bring the bag with you and fall down in the correct spot, being sure not to get the bag caught on any geometry or it can be pulled back in bounds.
From here, you need to make one small leap to start a loading sequence for the rest of the game.
Now, it’s time to prop fly. There should be a rail over the tunnel you’re on. Drop the bag on top of it and stand on the bag. Quickly press RT to grab the bag and press it again and hold it while you stand on top of it. You should now be able to turn right and walk off of the edge, looking down at the bag the whole time. You are basically lifting the bag, with the bag lifting you. The wonders of prop flying. From here, you simply follow around the level geometry until you hit the bright yellow light area. Fall into the hole and push the rocks to end the game.
There is a slightly easier version of this trick that you can do that doesn’t involve out-of-bounds, but this is the quickest way and it only took me about 30 minutes to get a real attempt completed.

Just spent about 30 minutes trying to phase through the hole and I personally can not do it

Would more clips and images help? I taught myself how to do it by watching the speedrun, and it ends up being pretty consistent to pop out of bounds. I want to do whatever I can to help it actually be useful for random players!
Understanding the physics engine massively helps and I've updated the OG post with a bit of a breakdown. Basically, the closer the player model can be to an object's center, the further away it will be pushed, which is how clipping out of bounds works. For the bag referenced in the video, I always grabbed it so when I was looking normally, it would be vertical with me. I then looked straight down, bringing the bag into my player model. From there, you simply let go and regrab while you jump and move into the wall. You should be able to at least pop out of bounds pretty easily. Once you get it a few times, it should come a lot easier. Will try to get a personal clip done this evening and update this.

It is still unknown the exact time to beat to get this achievement but my first speedrun attempt came in at 38 minutes and it didnt unlock and my second came in at 33 minutes at which it unlocked. So it seems the time to beat is somewhere in between 33 & 38 minutes.
If you've already played through the game a few times this really isn't that hard. The fastest way to do things is as follows.
1) Turn the power on
2) Go get delisles dog tag (officers quarters), grab the replacement valve, and turn the emergency lockdown off.
3) Go to soldiers quarters, turn the power on, get the communications key, and get the arsenal code.
4) Go to maintenance, grab the pillbox key, then grab foremans dog tag.
5) Go to foremans locker and get the wrench.
6) Head to the prison and grab the cutters.
7) With the cutters and arsenal code go to Arsenal and grab the dynamite.
8) Grab the detonator handle in Tunnels in Arsenal. (Grab rabbit while hear to)
9) Blow the hole to leave the bunker.
10) Last boss fight throw the rabbit on wooden bridge, blow up the bridge with a grenade, leave the bunker ending the game.
I have a video guide that shows you how to get this achievement as well as competing the game without saving, and completing the game without storing or dropping items.

Hey man thanks for the guide. Gave me a good refresher of the layout and a good general idea of how to tackle it.
I did a few things differently and wasnt as quick but I ended up clocking it at 34:18 so im guessing the achievements at anything under 35 mins.

I hope this guide works great!! You just have to understand the right method of glitch, but in the end it is not complicated to do, for those who play from Xbox, the glitch works like this.
