This achievement occurs during Episode 4 - Double Visions

Once you have got out of your cell/room do the following:
• Walk around past Jennifer's room.
• Interact with Food Tray
• Interact with Door (The one directly behind the other guard and food try).
• Use Item 1986 Newspaper to equip.
• Interact with "Crack Under Door" (With 1986 Newspaper equipped)
• Interact with Intercom (next to Biff's door.)
• Dialog (Biff): "Eat Your Pill".
• Interact with Newspaper
• Turn around and walk towards the Guard.
• Use Item "Pill" to equip.
• Interact with Soda (With Pill equipped).
• Interact with Control Panel.
• Interact with Volume Slider.
• Interact with Olfactory Slider.
• to exit.
• Walk around to the door where Edna and the other guard were.
• Interact with door.
• Use Item Marty's Guitar to equip.
• Interact with Microphone (With Marty's Guitar equipped.)
