How to unlock the Full Armory achievement in Book of Demons - Definitive Guide
This is not really a guide to getting all the cards, because card procurement seems to be random. However, just a couple of notes.
You do not need all variants of cards, thankfully. You require just one of each variant:. 19 Artifact cards, 12 Item cards, and 9 spell cards. You will get these cards just by playing through the story and then the freeplay that unlocks after all quest are completed. You do not need to do the Master quests, or play on any difficulty beyond the standard one.
Another notation that makes this achievement easier is that there are no duplicate cards, so you don't have to run around hoping that the last one you need will drop. There are variations, but that does not seem to affect the drop rate for new cards.
Lastly, this achievement tracks through the achievement app, but progress only goes up when you quit the game, so don't get worried when you pick up a new card and the tracker doesn't go up. After you grab the last card and return to town, quit the game and restart and the achievement will unlock.

Churned through it over the free weekend. Not a whole lot of information about this game online that would cater to achievement hunters. Oddly the PS version has a different trophy list, even though it was the same 3rd party company who did the porting.
I was swimming in rares & legendaries towards the end with all three classes. A bit unsure what @Faustus PHD meant by "...you don't have to run around hoping that the last one you need will drop.", because that describes exactly what I was doing.
On my first playthrough I heeded the pop up warnings about skipping rewards and killed & looted everything. In hindsight that was a waste of time. Speaking of, the purple 'trap' chests never rewarded me with a common card. Skip 'em! I read that higher difficulties increase the legendary drop rate--saw no mention of commons though. I stuck to the default. One more thing: you can use RS to freely adjust the level parameters to maybe squeeze out a few more rewards per floor.
Wizard took me the longest to max. I hit lv40 before the last common dropped. It made me suspect that the commons were level-locked. Luckily not the case; I finished the other two classes at around lv30.
I'd have to rank Wiz as the worst class of the three, especially on console, because of how hard it is to aim single target nuke spells. The other two have better survivability, mobility and AOE skills which means fast & efficient clears. Rogue was my fave, but it could take a while to get the right building blocks unlocked, whereas Warrior is your steady Eddie with good CC and tons of durability.
