- 0:00 - Castle Crimson - Signal to Noise 1

This achievement is stupid. Now I have to create a session to shot some stupid pointless orbs.

Thumbs up from me too. The final challenge was the only one I was struggling with, wasnt until I watched your video that I realised that I didnt need to shoot all the orbs, only the ones highlighted.

this achievement maybe buggy right now,I already completed all crew challenges and side missions, but the progress stuck at 95%.I don't know any fix for now.
I play the content from the different playthrough and get the achievement after I finish one of the side missions called 'that rings a something'.

There are 13 side missions and 9 crew challenges to complete in this DLC so see below for more details.
Side Missions: - These are listed in the order you should encounter them in but most will appear either when you first enter an area or when you get within a certain distance of their location marker.
Blast Requests
Laid to Rust
Hot and Unbothered
A Good Egg
Krieg's on Parade
Scratch, Don't Sniff
That Rings a Something
Brainstorm
Check, Please
Don't Call it a Rorschach
Does a Body Good - The location marker for this side mission has an abysmally short detection distance so won't appear until you're almost on top of it.
It's an Allegory
Remodel Behavior

Crew Challenges:
Signal to Noise
The Probes look like this on the map but unlike the crew challenges in the main game and other DLCs, there is no central location where you can check which ones you have and haven't found:
The game doesn't explain the Probe mechanics at all but what you have to do is destroy all the Memory Orbs that are attached by Mind Threads to the central dispenser. Annoyingly, some of the later Probes have multiple false Memory Orbs that have nothing to do with the crew challenge so pay attention to the trajectories and only destroy the ones with Mind Threads attached to them. Also note that you only have approx 10 seconds to destroy all of the relevant Memory Orbs for any given crew challenge, else you will have to redo them from scratch so use a decent Sniper Rifle and don't miss!
Castle Crimson:
Probe 1 is on a ledge to the far right of the first jump pad you come to in Castle Crimson.
Probe 2 is on a ledge opposite the path that leads away from the second catapult. To get up there, you have to parkour your way up the cliff opposite the respawn point.
Probe 3 is on a ledge near the top of the Escher-esque puzzle room. To reach this one, climb up to the pile boxes on the South side then follow the path round until you're facing the probe and able to jump over to it.
Sapphire's Run:
Probe 1 is on a floating platform opposite the marker for the side mission "Krieg's on Parade". To get up there, use Maya's book on the nearby plinth which will then summon a platform you can use to reach the probe.
Probe 2 is on a piece of floating debris that is diagonally opposite the "Brainstorm" side mission but as before, use Maya's book on the nearby plinth to summon some platforms you can use to jump over to it.
Probe 3 is on a floating platform in an area to the left of where you teleport to when trying to cross the bridge that Locomobius destroyed. Use Maya's book with the nearby plinth to summon a platform you can use to jump over to the probe.
Benediction of Pain:
Probe 1 is on the edge of the cliff that is directly opposite the Handsome Jack mask in the first area you come to. Note that the location marker for this probe has an abysmally short detection distance so won't show up until you're almost on top of it.
Probe 2 is on the edge of the platform opposite the Electrified door you have to open.
Probe 3 is on the edge of a cliff in the area where you have to take out the Wardwatcher.

There are a total of 13 side missions and 9 team challenges in the Krieg's Mind expansion.
The list of side missions is presented in order of receipt and location:
If you have difficulty finding or receiving them: Video guide
9 Team Challenges:
Team tests are met with a marker like this:
The game, unfortunately, does not show the mechanics of destroying these memories. When memories are triggered, spheres with a visible thread fly out of the cube, which disappears over time. Your task is to destroy these spheres within the allotted time. As you progress, the difficulty increases, namely, the activation of the cube may be accompanied by false spheres or you have to move around the area of this team task. Carefully track the threads along which the cubes fly apart when activated - destroy only them. If you fail to destroy all the spheres within the allotted time, you will have to reactivate the cube.
