How to unlock the Double Tap achievement in Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare - Definitive Guide
I'm going to start off by saying this is going to be tough, no matter how you look at it. To unlock this achievement you have to have access to "Double Feature" which is only unlocked after completing the Easter Egg. THEN, you have to beat round 20 (second Oz fight.) You can play with a friend if they have it unlocked.
This game mode I would say is at least 2, possibly 3 times as difficult as regular Exo Zombies. You have no HUD (no bullet count, no rounds, no orbital drop icon, only score.) They zombies are very much stronger. The only way to earn points is by getting kills, so points are very scarce along the way! If you go down in solo, that's it, no quick revive. If someone goes down in co-op, they just die. So take extreme caution!
So you start off on round 1 as always. the best way to earn points is to knife the zombies. It is two hit kill round 1 keep in mind. You want to make your way to get your exo suit as soon as possible. After you have your exo suit, make your way to the weapon generator. You are going to want something that can get you kills. (Lynx, RW1, S12, Blunderbuss etc.) Something that doesn't take alot of time to kill. Basically, you are just trying to stay alive long enough to buy perks (Exo Health, Reload, and Stockpile are the only three I would buy) and upgrade guns. The "safest" area to survive in would have to be the Spa. Run a train in spa and you should be able to survive.
Round 13 with Oz is going to be your first major challenge. You are definitely going to need exo health by this point. It is best to run a circle around the outside edges of this area because nothing that can kill you will spawn on this circle, besides zombies of course. Only go to shoot Oz when you know you won't go down, it's a risky move. When you manage to beat Oz, grab as many credits as you possible can, this is going to be very helpful to your survival!
You will now spawn back in the original map, at this point, the main goal you need to be looking for is to get the Blunderbuss, Nano Swarm, and Contact Grenades. Once again you will be safest in the Spa.
Fast forward to round 20, you have everything you need to kill Oz and you are ready to go. The Oz battle is tough, very tough. You have to continue to turn on all the generators after one use of the pad. He goes down fairly quickly if you shoot the ground over the pad, after activating it, with a nano swarm. Then just try and blow him away with the Blunderbuss. Max ammo drops do spawn, you just don't have a HUD so keep an open eye for them! The easiest way is to run in the circle like you did for the first encounter with Oz. It will take you multiple attempts to take him down to 3/4 health, 1/2 health, and 1/4 health. Once you kill him a DNA bomb will go off and you will be teleported back to the original map.
Boom, Achievement Unlocked!
Solution for Reunion In Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare
You must have the Reckoning DLC pack. Load up Exo Zombies > Descent.
The youtube video at the bottom of this guide is all you should really need,
however I have still included the steps in detail below.
This IS possible solo or in co-op.
---SOLO & CO-OP METHOD---
DO THIS SOLO!
I cannot stress this enough.
Killing Oz on round 20 is SO much harder co-op than it is solo.
Activate Double Feature mode by pressing the button opposite the generator at spawn. Double Feature mode is HARD - this is what it changes:
-No HUD (no ammo count, no marker for orbital drops, no view of other players' points etc.)
-Black and White screen
-ALL Zombies are stronger including Oz
-No points for damaging zombies ONLY for killing them
-Upgrade machine is only 1500pts to use not 2500
-No second chance - you do NOT go down - YOU DIE (however if playing co-op you can respawn next round)
Get a good gun on one of your first hits of the 3dprinter otherwise restart!
A good gun is the Blunderbuss, S12 or CEL-3
Get your Exo Suit ASAP.
Open the Spa so you can use the decon pad on the infected round ASAP.
Survive as normal and GET SET UP so that you are ready for the first Oz challenge.
At round 13 you will be teleported for the second time for the FIRST OZ CHALLENGE.
To pass this challenge you need to shoot Oz behind each of the four command consoles when the bulletproof glass opens. When you kill one Oz, there will be an explosion, he will teleport to the next console and the old console will be on fire. You need to repeat this 4 times. The bulletproof glass will only open after a set amount of traps increasing in number and difficulty as well as zombie spawns as you go. The traps are:
- Laser grid ceiling: don't jump or your exo suit will reboot
- Electric floor: don't touch the floor or you will take damage
- Infected gas: don't go in the gassed areas or you will become infected and need to use the pad in the middle of the room to decontaminate.
- Turrets: sentry guns spawn on the ground floor in the lifts & automated turrets spawn on the high walls up by the ceiling - just destroy them with normal weapons.
In this room you have orbital drops that teleport in with ammo for one person in them (NOT a max ammo), contact grenades, a 3dprinter and a standard weapon upgrade machine at your disposal HOWEVER you do not earn points in this room from damaging and killing zombies. If you don't manage to kill Oz on one of the rounds and the glass closes again simply pass the challenges again and then the glass will reopen and your damage from before will have been saved. Once you take out all four Oz' there will be a large amount of orbital drops teleporting into the room with free points. Every time you collect one another one will spawn. Collect as many as you can before you are teleported back to the map (if you're fast enough you can get about 7k).
After the first Oz challenge survive as normal and GET COMPLETELY SET UP so that you are ready for the second Oz challenge on round 20.
Try to keep enough points to get gun upgrades to replenish your ammo during the second Oz challenge.
Do NOT pick up max ammos during the second Oz challenge or you will most likely get hit by the zombies and die.
Infect yourself ON PURPOSE by walking into the gas trap just before using the decon pad every time so that when you use the decon pad you not only take down Oz's shield but you also get given a camouflage so that normal zombies are not attracted to you for a few seconds.
At round 20 you will be teleported for the third time for the SECOND OZ CHALLENGE.
To pass this challenge all you have to do is avoid the same traps from the first Oz challenge (except no electric floor), turn on all four of the generators located in the corners of the room then wait for the mutated Oz to be running towards you and close then activate the decon pad. You will be able to damage mutated Oz ONLY while the decon pad is active (you will know you're not doing damage when a shield icon appears on screen). Then, simply repeat that multiple times until you kill him. Other zombie spawns will increase as you damage Oz. Good weapons to damage Oz efficiently are the Blunderbus, S12, CEL-3 & nano swarms placed directly on the decon pad. Oz will have a health bar at the top of your screen when you get this bar down to zero he will die and orbital care package points drops will teleport into the room like with the first oz challenge. Collect as many as you can before you are teleported back to the map.
Kill oz and you will pop the achievement!
You can then go on to continue playing in double feature mode if you so choose.
1 like = 1 cry for Oz
ADDITIONAL INFO
Tips to survive are:

? EXO ZOMBIES: DESCENT "Double Tap" ACHIEVEMENT GUIDE ? "10 TIPS TO GET IT EASY!" (AW: Exo Zombies)
Alright, lets start with the basics, Double Feature is Descent but hardcore, no OZ health bar, no weapon hud, (you cannot tell which rank your pack a punch weapon is unless you counted, the zombies level much faster, so round 10 zombies feel like round 15 zombies, the game is in total black and white so no color, i had to adjust my eyes when returning to the normal difficulty because my eyes were so adjusted to not seeing color for weeks, you can’t see any Goliath spawns, nor can you see when camouflage, turrets, or credits etc spawn.. you have to either hear them dropping or check at the end of each round.
Here’s what I actually recommend, only spin the mystery box (3D printer) twice, if you don’t receive the Blunderbuss or Cauterizer within 2 spins, you are better off restarting, as there is only 1 thing that hinders you the most: THERE ARE NO POINTS FOR HITMARKERS, a zombie will only drop points when you kill it, this means you are limited to the amount of zombies there are in a round, and there is not a lot of them
I recommend doing this solo as Oz gets 10% more health each player that joins the match
Double Feature mode is unlocked after completing the “Easter Egg” and getting the Reunion trophy for doing so. Alternatively, you can simply join another person who has completed the Easter Egg as this allows you to do Double Feature with them. To access this mode, you will want to click the button on the wall at the spawn location. You can’t miss it, it will prompt you to hit it as you walk close enough. Everyone in the game must go to the button and activate it once so you will enter Double Feature mode. Now all you have to do is make it to round 20 and beat Oz again, however it’s not going to be that easy. Double Feature mode spawns you with a black and white screen, there will be nothing on HUD except how many credits you have, and you can’t see where your teammates are in the map. Zombies will take more shots to kill, and you take more damage this time around. Also, you only get points from zombie kills, not damage like normal. Thankfully, upgrades on weapons only cost 1,500 each. If you go down, there is no revive, you are done. In solo, there is no Exo Medic revive either. Make sure to utilize all that you have learned in order to acquire this trophy.
1. Play it solo. I tried doing this 4-5 times in co-op. Furthest we got was round 19. Playing this with others with all the handicaps put on the characters is just too much to ask. Not only do you need to play at your best, but so do your partner(s). Also, the more players, the more zombies and that makes it harder. You can't revive and if you are constantly together, the odds of getting cornered and dying are greater. Statistically speaking, it's just too hard to do with more people. Go solo.
2. Melee kills should be priority up to first infection round (7-11). You get 130 points for melee kills (260 with 2x multiplier). Considering you only get points off zombies for melee kills, your goal should be melee kills. This is vital go get weapon to MK 20.
3. Roll for ONLY 1 special weapon off 3D printer. This is the only gun you will be using. Ideally you want the CEL-3 Cauterizer, it can 2 shot kills zombies or more preferably, 1 shot weaken zombies so you can 1 hit melee kill after for most rounds AND at MK 20, it kills Oz quickly and IMO, is better than having blunderbust. Do not bother working with a gun that is mediocre. It's either a power weapon or restart.
4. Limit your spending. The only perk of Double Feature is that upgrading weapons only costs 1,500 v 2,500. Other than that, you have to be very selective with your spending. I suggest only buying Exo Health and Exo Reload. That said, the doors you should open (in order), is Landing>Reception>Promenade (3D Printer)>Annex>Galleria>Tidal Generator than got back to landing and open Concierge>Great Hall **DO NOT OPEN Concierge from Reception**.
5. Utilize orbital drops and goliath. Preferably, you want sentinels to drop or a standing turret. These will be necessary to survive the first infection round without having to open the spa. You will have 2 goliath drops before round 20. Use the first 1 after the first Oz battle and the second should be used when the 2nd infection round starts. The great thing with the goliath is that you can easily get through 1 1/2 rounds before it self destructs.
6. Camp somewhere that has a (working) teleporter or tube is easily accessible. This is partially why opening Reception and Concierge from Landing is key v opening Reception/Concierge from Landing and then the other. You want to have access to use the tube because 1) it's free; and, 2) zombies can't attack you.
Game plan: Play on landing up to level 3. All kills must be melee. You can use grenades on round 3 as needed, but it's easier to train zombies and pick them off as you go. Open Reception>Promenade and use 3D printer on round 4 (do it as last resort on round 3 if needed). If you get a bad gun, restart. Next step is to open annex>galleria and get exo suit. Then open Tidal Generator and buy exo health, then exo reload. Orbital drops will occur between these steps, be sure to pick them up. By end of round 7, you should have exo health + reload. Go back to Landing, open Concierge>Great Hall and camp near the power generator. If things get too hectic, jump and go up tube to Landing then camp in Reception. Because the door is shut between Reception and Concierge, zombies have to come down through Landing, and you can easily pick them off this way. This is your bread and butter on getting through harder rounds. Ideally you will want to be doing this on the concierge side because it is less likely zombies will spawn behind you and even if they did, it's easier to position yourself so you can just turn around and look without having to move away. Be sure you are upgrading your gun as you go. When the infection round happens, camp in Great Hall and activate your orbital drop when more zombies start showing up. Try not to do it immediately at the beginning of the round because it can expire before end of round. You should get through the round with ease. Keep note of where the goliath drops (either landing or tidal generator), you will need to head over there after first Oz battle. In the First Oz battle, buy contact grenades. After Oz battle, use goliath for that round (be sure to melee as much as possible). After this, open the lounge and turn on the power and buy teleport grenades (only necessary before 2nd Oz battle), this will allow you to teleport from the great hall if you can't run to landing safely (and if you do, just run over and camp reception and pick off zombies as they fall down from landing). From here, it should be smooth sailing and all you need to do is defeat Oz. During the battle, try to save orbital equipment for last 25% health if possible but definitely use them as you need too.
Hopefully that helps.
Happy hunting :)

Boom, Achievement Unlocked!
The first 2 rounds we kill zombies with a knife, activate the generators, do not forget to collect credits from the panels and move to the place between the SPA and Eco-suits. At the beginning of round 3, you should have 1870, 1970 points. We kill one zombie at the beginning of round 3 and put on Eco. Next, we spend 2 rounds killing zombies in hand-to-hand combat and saving money for a 3D printer. I did the following: until the 10-12th round, the goal was to pull out S-12, if at first I couldn’t get it, I spent the next money on Eka-health, playing with what fell out. If it’s completely nonsense, then it’s easier to restart. If you were unable to pull out the S-12 before the 13th round, there are two options: download 1 barrel and play with what you have, or again. I recommend again, because S-12 pumped up to level 16-20 is the best choice, nothing else was needed. When you first meet Oz, the main thing is to have a long-range weapon to shoot down turrets, buy some nonsense from the wall, Oz himself is killed with a bang from the S-12. If you have this weapon, then from rounds 14 to 19, upgrade only this weapon. If you feel that it’s hot, I advise you to play waves 18 and 19 in goliath armor, leave them until these waves. At 20, leave yourself 1 disguise bonus, you will need it in order to calmly take ammo. The battle itself turns into nonsense if the weapon is pumped up more than 15 times. You need 4 full clips with the Exo-equipment perk, i.e. you need to activate the generators 4 times and lure Oz into the “medical room” and fill him with shot. If you are lucky with a weapon, you can make your task even easier by pulling out a distraction drone, I had one, but I didn’t even use it in battle. Also, to simplify the task, 3-4 times when you activate the generators at the boss, start the guard bonus, leaving it before the battle.
